Its true and actually really a utopian aspiration. Its not that the government should be killing people. Its that people should be so safe and either weapons or defenses so strong, that only the government is killing people, who can't even get guns strong enough to kill their Graphene nanotube armor in 2050, and have to resort to kennetic weapons like launching shit to break bones. By now the drone army of the free people of the internet coalition has forced every dictator to resign and war to end with millions of civilian run drones with Elon musk orbital internet being run from home like a literal eve battle in the life.
