How to get into gas huffing

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to eve. I'm playing with a small group of friends in a 3 man corp. We've been mining as our source of income and I've been wanting to test out gas huffing. We've been mining a lot in wormhole space so far and passing up a lot of gas sites.I've been told flying a Venture is a good idea and two of us can fly them as we're almost on our way to hulks. The third uses an orca.My question is, what's the best setup for us as a team? Should we all three be in ventures, two and an orca, or is there a specialised gas focused foreman he should get? If gas huffing speed is based on how many I can have active, is there a ship where I can fit all five? And is there a way that makes up for the lack of drones?Sorry for all the questions.
