Laser Antenna Network - Linking Triton

After the first mission linking Earthlike to Mars with the LAN-13 satellites, the program moved on to my next working site: Triton. Considering my working PAM fleet in Earthlike, Mars and Europa, mining Gold and Platinum, it was a priority to have Triton linked to monitor the drones as Triton base develops.About to deploy the last LAN-17 satellite, so nothing like a step-by-step tutorial of the process. The satellite building process begins with a Battery and Projector to seed the BP.After that, half the work is done by the printing pad on Ptah's back.https://i.redd.it/l39a9drmkww51.jpghttps://i.redd.it/ufmxygsokww51.jpgAfter its main body is printed, the satellite is adjusted in position, using interpolated GPS points thanks to Google Sheets. The solar panels' booms running Isy's Solar Alignment are then assembled manually for ship welding after.Assembling the rotor structure. And that's for both sides. Some ship welding later!Final step: setting up the Laser Antennas' targets......to a newly connected planet! For clarification, LAN-13 links fko-B1 Earthlike base to fko-B3 Mars base, which has a direct Laser Antenna to fko-B4 Europa. So now I can manage the PAM fleet while building fko-B7 Triton!Plans already begun for the next mission in the LAN Program: LAN-35 satellites linking Mars to Alien planet, with some big refueling station.More screenshots in my Steam Profile with deeper step-by-step pictures.Thank you for coming to my TED talk!PS: reddit broke my images after I edited the post 😭 via /r/spaceengineers https://ift.tt/3oNoA7U
