Mod that lets you be an evil genius/mad scientist?

I don't know if something like this exists already but I had this idea for a very personality driven tech mod inspired by Witchery. The difference is that instead of an evil witch, you are able to take on the role of an mad scientist/evil genius in the same vain as classic video game bad guys such as Dr. Eggman, Dr. Wily, Neo Cortex and such others. All in an effort to take over the world with an iron fist.Some smaller, simpler things you could do in the early game could include creating small devices to help you navigate the more complicated areas of the mod. From personal transport vehicles(like Dr. Eggman's Egg mobile or Cortex's jetpack), to a control pad that allows you teleport your chosen creations to you. Other small things could include creating new weapons like ray guns, small bombs, mines, rocket missiles and more.Other possibilities of what you could accomplish include obtaining minions to do your dirty work for you. From mind controlling hostile mobs to protect you and places you deem in need of protection, to hiring Illagers to be your loyal henchmen kidnap villagers to experiment on. Or you could even create your own robot minions by capturing woodland creatures of varying sizes and using them as power sources via kinetic energy. The size of the passive mob used determining the size, power, and general function of the robot(Chickens could be used to power small mining drones who burrow into the ground to gather resources while Horses are used to power robotic centaurs that ram other players with powerful lances. That sort of thing).Then there's the late game goals of possibly creating your very own bosses for other players to fight. These could be created by mixing the DNA of two-three different animals to create a powerful chimera with their powers being based on what animals they're made of. Or, they could be more powerful robots who's powers are determined by their power source(examples could be Teleportation and other Enderman related abilities with an Eye of Ender as the power source while a Nether Star could give the robot abilities related to the Wither). I also think it'd be incredibly neat if you yourself could become a "Boss" via piloting different sort of Battle Bots just like other classic evil geniuses. I mean, what good is having players fight and defeat your minions if they can't take on you as the final Boss?That's the bare basics of the idea, and I'm sure if something like this were to be made there could be many different kinds of possibilities for an idea such as thing(one idea I can think of myself would be to give Villagers Redstone engineers who create more powerful golems as a defense against you and your creations). But what else could be added to an idea like this? What mods are out there already that do something similar?
