Hey dudes, I'm not an employee at BB and understand you guys aren't on shift atm, but a couple of my drone buddies have come out to mention that Best Buy isn't honoring the accidental damage policy that they're buying for the GoPros they bought. They're saying they need to try to repair it first (like a 2 week turnaround). Did something change?
