Has the BB Accidental Damage Return Policy Changed for GoPros?


Hey dudes, I'm not an employee at BB and understand you guys aren't on shift atm, but a couple of my drone buddies have come out to mention that Best Buy isn't honoring the accidental damage policy that they're buying for the GoPros they bought. They're saying they need to try to repair it first (like a 2 week turnaround). Did something change? I don't see any updates on the BB website for it.Just wondering if there was some internal talk about how they're doing the policy now that isn't public or somethin.Any help is appreciated, thanks guys! via /r/Bestbuy https://ift.tt/35AtzzY
